L’Oréal Paris Teams Up with Beauty Influencers to Deliver Personalised Lash Advice

L’Oréal Paris has launched a new ad campaign for its Telescopic Extensionist Mascara that features a trio of leading beauty influencers delivering expert lash advice in a chic, 1990s-inspired call centre.
'Meet the Extensionists' stars social media creators Mikayla, Manana and Glamzilla as expert 'Lash Extensionists,' each specialising in a distinct lash type. Together, they offer tailored tips, techniques and mascara guidance designed to help consumers find the best product for their individual lash needs.
Set inside a playful reimagining of a 1990s call centre, the campaign, created by AnalogFolk and produced by Untold Fable, brings personalised lash expertise to life through a modern beauty advice hotline.
The ads are running across social channels and out-of-home placements in New York and Los Angeles. Viewers can scan a QR code to discover which Extensionist matches their lash type, unlocking tailored product recommendations and exclusive content, including bespoke social-first edits and selfie-style videos from each creator.
Directed by Cedric Terrell, the campaign was filmed in a single day using parallel capture of stills and video.
Working in collaboration with Abike Studios, Untold Fable built a fully realised call centre specifically for the campaign, 'The Lash Line', where audiences connect with the Extensionist that best reflects their unique lash profile.
